Our house-studio is a fully equipped space, where nothing is missing.
With many comforts, one can record or produce in the studio, as well as relax or cook on our ground floor.
The house, built in the 70s, has been restored, but still retains its original essence. It is located in the town of Cantillana, in an area surrounded by countryside and nature, only 31 km away from Seville.
As a good Andalusian house, we have a patio with many plants.
And in the central living room we have a comfy double sofa-bed, where two people can sleep.
Also a table to eat or sit around, a television and a projector to watch movies or play videogames on a big screen with surround sound.
On the ground floor of the house are the areas for resting, cooking and washing up.
We have a large bedroom with a 1.50 m. double bed and wardrobes for storing clothes and other belongings.
An additional single bed can be added when 5 people come.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.
The bathroom is very bright, with a large shower.

It’s not all about working, and it’s important to take some breaks and unwind. That’s why we offer various consoles such as PlayStation 4, Super Nintendo or Nintendo 64 with many games in our lounge.
And for the ultimate multiplayer experience, you can play video games on our massive projector screen!
