The Hueco Studio house is a full home with a recording studio, created for creative stays in Cantillana, near Seville. A comfortable and cosy space where you can produce and record at your own pace — but also rest, cook and disconnect surrounded by nature.
Our house-studio is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Thanks to all its amenities, you can spend the day working in the studio and still enjoy a relaxed, easy stay.
Built in the 1970s, the house has been carefully restored, while keeping its original character. It is located in the town of Cantillana, in an area surrounded by countryside and nature, just 31 km from Seville.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, and everything you need for day-to-day life.
The bathroom is bright and includes a bathtub.
As a true Andalusian home, there is also a patio and a rooftop filled with plants — perfect for stepping outside, reading, or simply taking a break.
Spaces and amenities
On the ground floor you’ll find the main areas to rest, cook and freshen up.
There is a spacious bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and wardrobes to store clothes and personal belongings. An additional single bed can also be added when the stay is for five people.
In the central living room there is also a comfortable double sofa bed (where two people can sleep), a table to eat or gather, a TV, and a projector setup to watch films or play videogames on a big screen with immersive sound.

Leisure and downtime
And because it’s not all about work, in the living room you’ll find several consoles, including a Super Nintendo and a Nintendo 64, as well as plenty of board games. The house also has a projector and a large screen, perfect for enjoying films with surround sound and making the experience feel even bigger.
